Bud burst to harvest is a process that takes approximately 110 days. In that time, vines grow, flowers bloom, grapes arrive and winemakers pay close attention to how the grapes are maturing.
Join viticulturist and enologist Rachel Rose of Bryn Mawr Vineyards to learn how the choices made in the field affect the wine in the bottle.
Along with examples from their estate vineyard, Rachel will bring a depth of knowledge and a storytelling presence that shouldn't be missed.
While this is all about the process of grape growing and the hard work that culminates at harvest, Bryn Mawr wines will be shared with small plates of charcuterie and cheese to enjoy!
**Please arrive at 6pm for the full class.**
